I was my first order from china. I ordered the Novo 7 basic on 12.12 from Germay, the shipment startet on 18.12 and I received the Tabelt at 21.12. 7-8 Workdays with DHL Express. Tablet works fine and everything is ok. For the price super! Deutsch: War meine erste Bestellung aus China. Ich habe das Novo 7 basic am 12.12 aus Deutschland heraus bestellt. Laut DHL startete der Transport von Hong Konf am 18.12. Dauert ein wenig in Deutschland wegen Zoll. Ich habe das Tablet dann am 21.12 in Empfang nehmen dürfen. Also ca. 7-8 Tage mit DHL Express (Wichtig Mehrwertsteuer muss nachgezahl werden). Tablet funktioniert gut, keine Kratzer oder sowas. Für den Preis ein super teil.

I received the product in a timely manner. It is to my level of expenctation. The design is beautiful, very classy looking. Fine quality stiching. Keyborad is great size. I love the fact that the back has a stand flap so I can type and have it stand on a table to see what I am typing. I am loving it.

I was wondering since it is manufactured in China will the pre-installed apps & information be in English or another language?
I was also wondering if I would have access to downloads such as games, songs, e-books & all the apps, in English?

The pre installed information has English version in the tablet. You can also download apps and other files in English. Please do not be worried about language problem.Hope you enjoy shopping at our website!
I ordered an Android 2.2 Tablet PC 7 inch Telechips 8902 DDR 512 together with Tablet PC 7" inch Case And keyboard.
ITabletPCshop Team was very responsive and I received the products after 3 days in good condition.
After I received the Tablet, I started to customize it and, by mistake, I deleted some system files.
I asked ITabletPCshop Team for support and I received in the same day the original system image files, drivers and software, together with detailed instructions how to re-install my tablet.
I followed the instructions, installed the Tablet PC and now it is up and running perfectly.
